Spring flowering bulbs are one of the first colors of spring in many gardens. So, we delight in growing tulips, daffodils, crocus, scilla and many other bulbs in our flower gardens, around trees and in meadows. However, knowing which bulbs grow best in different settings, planting them properly, and protecting them from hungry critters is essential.
