Weekly Meditation with Charlie

Winter Meditation Series Starts January 9th, 2025

Join me for a 6 week, weekly meditation series at the Charlotte Senior Center starting on Thursday, January 9th, 2025. The class run 5pm to 6pm, but also will be availalbe on Zoom and recorded.

I’ll start each session with a meditation theme and breathing technique, then we’ll have time to close our eyes together as I chant or lead us into meditation. Most of the time we’ll sit quietly with eyes closed watching the inner activity of the mind. I’m also wanting to work in some time for those who have questions or comments to share. All are welcome. No experience neccessary.

There are three ways you can join us. Live in-person at the Charlotte Senior Center, live on-line via Zoom from the comfort of your home, or you can get the Zoom recording to watch the meditation class whenever you want. Actually, everyone who signs up will get the recording which will stay live on Zoom for a few weeks.

The series is $60. You can pay the senior center directly or sign up for a meditation class card below. Those who already have a class card can use any credits for this class. I can let you know if you have any credits left.  Let me know if you have any questions (cnardozzi124@gmail.com).

I’ve been practicing meditation for more than 30 years, including studying with a meditation master in the Himalayas of India for much of that time. Meditation is a transformative process that is open to anyone. It brings about the peace, joy, contentment and happiness we all crave in a world that seems very much devoid of all those things right now.

About The Class: I teach a style of meditation that’s simple, easy to learn and effective. You’ll be able to sit on the floor or chairs depending on your comfort level. If you have to miss a class, you’ll get the recording on Zoom to watch and listen anytime you like from the comfort of your home.

After years of meditating, I’ve seen the benefits, first hand, on physical, mental and emotional levels as well as the evolution of a deep sense of peace and oneness that permeates my everyday life. I’d love to share that process with you. All are welcome to join my meditations and no experience is necessary.
